Member Benefits

Our staff is currently working on expanding the benefits of membership - we hope it will soon include product and service discounts, discounted teaching insurance, and other material and cost-saving perks.

Training Programs

Currently, the main benefit of membership in the NJEMSEA is a limited license to use the association's copyrighted training programs.  Every year, the NJEMSEA writes a new EMS training program and makes it available to current members.  These programs are pre-approved for NJ EMT CEU credits, and have supporting AV presentations, instructor's notes, and tests/paperwork.

All current association members have permission to use the NJEMSEA's work for their own projects as long as their membership is current.  For example, in the third year of the association's existence, payment of dues allows the member to use three training programs as long as his/her membership is current.

This allows members to have access to new training programs for a low yearly cost without the burden of having to write the course, assemble the AV materials, and seek approval from NJ Office of Emergency Medical Services.

Train-The-Trainer Programs

NJEMSEA will run periodic Instructor Training on it's programs around the state.  This will allow members who may not have subject matter expertise to become more fluent in the association's training programs and better present them to their own audiences.
