This area contains the training program materials NJEMSEA members can use for their courses.
IMPORTANT TERMS FOR MEMBER
USE OF COURSES:
These courses are licensed for use only by current NJEMSEA
members. This means:
- Expired NJEMSEA members must stop using NJEMSEA courses and materials upon termination of their membership - even those materials created during the time in which the person was a member
- The NJEMSEA uses the course provider as the
licensee, not the instructor. Thus, if the agency is not a member of
NJEMSEA, that agency cannot use NJEMSEA programs even if the
instructor is an NJEMSEA member. For example, instructor John
Doe is an NJEMSEA member, and works for ABC Medical Center which is
not an NJEMSEA member. John Doe can use NJEMSEA materials for
his own private courses, but cannot use NJEMSEA programs for courses
registered to ABC Medical Center
- The NJEMSEA audits NJ OEMS' website for NJEMSEA course submissions every two weeks and protects it's intellectual property aggressively. Please do not use NJEMSEA programs if you are not a member
NJEMSEA Emergency Incident Rehabilitation
3 Hours / Approved for 3 Elective EMT CEU's
Recommended Credentials to Teach Program (any of the following):
- NJ Dept of Health EMT-B(i) Instructor
- NJ DFS Fire II Instructor or higher
- Having Attended NJEMSEA Emergency Incident Rehabilitation Train-the-Trainer
