Types of Membership

There are two types of membership in the NJEMSEA: Individual, and organizational.

Individual memberships allow a single person to become a part of the organization.  This entitles the individual to all of the personal benefits of membership, and allows that person to conduct NJEMSEA programs and use NJEMSEA copyrighted materials within the usage terms.  Individual members are also allowed to vote in NJEMSEA elections.

Organizational members are agencies that wish to have access to NJEMSEA programs for their employees to conduct on behalf of the agency.  This relieves the organizational member from having to purchase a membership for every staff member in the agency.  It is designed to provide ease-of-access for training organizations so that they can benefit from NJEMSEA training programs.  Organizational members do not receive personal benefits of membership for every individual in their organization - to receive personal benefits, an employee of an organizational membership agency would need to purchase a personal membership.

Current cost of personal membership:  $40 / year

Current cost of organizational membership:  $200 / year
